Cancellation and Refund/ Return Policy

Can I cancel my order?

 

We hope that when you’re buying from A2Ztoyz, you never have a reason to second guess your choices. However, if you still wish to cancel your order then we request you to please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by writing to us at  sales@a2ztoyz.com .  An order cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • A2Z TOYZ does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

 

Is my purchase eligible for exchange/return and how do I exchange/return my purchase?

 

Your purchase is eligible for exchange or returns only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging and immediately share the same with our team. (Note: In such a case, please share the pictures of the damaged product with us on the same day of receiving the product.)

    Please Note: The item will be considered damaged only in case the inner product has a manufacturing defect. Item will not be replaced if the box is not in mint condition.
  • If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our friendly customer care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
    Order number – Delivery address – Specify the reason for exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
  • You may contact us via email at sales@a2ztoyz.com or call us at +918767062247 from Monday to Friday, between 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST) & Saturday, between 10.30 AM to 1.30 PM. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
  • Please ensure that the product you return is unused, and that the original tags, contents, manual, box & packaging are intact.
  • A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-5 business days.
    Please Note: The reverse shipping option is only available for certain locations. For all the locations, where reverse shipping is not available with Snooplay, you are requested to ship the product on your own within 7 days of receiving it.

  • There are certain products that are not subjected to our return policy & the same will be specified directly on the product page.
  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person & immediately contact our team at sales@a2ztoyz.com or call us at +918767062247.
  • The A2ZToyz holds quality at the highest standard but we cannot always control the delivery process, especially for fragile items. This is why in case of any return, please be sure to reach out to us at the earliest, and no later than 7 working days.
  • In rare cases, if the product reaches you in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect, we will send a brand-new replacement to you. Only in a situation, where a replacement of the same product is no longer available, a full refund will be issued against the order.

Refund Policy:

  Refund turnaround time:

    for international costumers: In case of a refund is issued, the refund may take 5-7 working days to be successfully settled in the users bank account or card depending on the payment medium and users Banking provider.

   For domestic customers: In case of a refund is issued, the refund may take 3-5 working days to be successfully settled in the users bank account or card depending on the payment medium and users Banking provider.

How will I receive my refund?

  • The complete amount (except for shipping charges) for all products subject to cancellation or return will be refunded to the customers.
  • In the case of online payment, the refund amount will be transferred to the original mode of payment.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) refund will be provided into the Registered bank account of the Customers Billing Name. The amount will be transferred via IMPS or NeFT as required.
  • In case of international customers: COD is not available for international orders. Hence, Refund on COD amount is not applicable.
